By accessing and using Islandium, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Islandium is a professional automation platform for streamers and gamers offering:

  • Customizable overlay tools
  • Tracking systems and counters
  • Webhooks and API for automation
  • Multiple profiles for different configurations
  • Integration with third-party streaming platforms (TikTok LIVE, etc.)

3. Non-Affiliation with TikTok

IMPORTANT: Islandium is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed, or in any way officially connected with TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or any of its subsidiaries.

TikTok and TikTok LIVE are registered trademarks of ByteDance Ltd. The use of these names is purely descriptive.

4. Third-Party Services and Liability

Islandium interacts with third-party services (TikTok, OBS, etc.). Regarding these services:

  • You are solely responsible for complying with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Islandium only accesses public data from live streams
  • We do not store your TikTok login credentials
  • TikTok may modify or block access to its services at any time, without our liability being engaged
  • The suspension of your TikTok account by TikTok does not entitle you to any refund of your Islandium subscription

5. TikTok LIVE Data Storage

TRANSPARENCY: To enable the functioning of leaderboards, statistics, and history, Islandium stores certain data from TikTok lives. By using this service, you accept this storage.

Data stored per viewer:

  • TikTok username and user ID
  • Profile picture URL
  • Aggregated statistics: likes, comments, shares, gifts sent
  • Points and XP in your gamification system
  • Last activity (date/time)

Data NOT stored:

  • TikTok login credentials
  • Private data of TikTok users
  • Private message content

Legal basis: This data is publicly accessible during TikTok lives. Processing is based on your explicit consent when connecting to a live and our legitimate interest in providing the requested features. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. User Account

To use Islandium, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Immediately notify any unauthorized use

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to compromise the security of the service
  • Abuse system resources (spam, DDoS, etc.)
  • Share your Premium access with third parties
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

8. Premium Subscription

The Premium subscription offers advanced features for a monthly or annual payment. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Islandium are and will remain the exclusive property of Islandium and its licensors. Our service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Islandium is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time in case of violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time from the settings.
